  • Expertise on preparing the property to show in its best possible light—which can dramatically increase sales price
  • The most comprehensive real estate Marketing Plan in the business
  • Aggressive contract negotiation to get you the best possible price & terms
  • “Buttoned-up” transaction and due diligence management to minimize unpleasant surprises, renegotiations, delays and potential future liability

Marketing Plan Overview

I offer my clients the most comprehensive Marketing Plan in the business:

  1. Consultation on how to prepare your home to achieve the best possible price
  2. Professional photography
  3. First class promotional materials
  4. Direct mail campaigns
  5. Print media advertising
  6. Targeted broker-to-broker marketing
  7. An orchestrated schedule of direct showings and open houses
  8. The best Internet marketing program of any real estate brokerage in the Bay Area

My marketing campaign is designed to reach every single potential buyer, and every broker who might have a buyer—to create that sense of urgency which is our best chance to achieve the highest sales price (ideally via the orchestration of a multiple offer situation).
